本日、議員懇談会が開催され、刈谷市議会災害対策支援本部が設置されました。

今般の新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けた対応です。

議長、副議長を正副本部長とし、議員も本部員として随時参画します。

今後は市の災害対策本部と情報を共有しながら感染対策に必要な施策を講じます。

5月13日(水)には臨時会が招集され、各種施策の補正予算を審議する予定です。

皆様におかれましては、『３密の回避』『不要不急の外出自粛』などの感染拡大防止にご協力頂けますよう重ねてお願い申し上げます。

高齢者安全運転支援装置設置費補助事業が継続されます。ぜひご活用下さい。

◆2020.4.13(月)◆

この制度は、市内在住の高齢ドライバーの自家用車に、いわゆる『後付け』の緊急ブレーキの設置を促し、事故低減をはかる取り組みで、昨年12月から刈谷市をはじめ近隣市でも実施されていましたが、県の補助金も含め、今年度も継続される事になりました。

また、補助対象者が従来の70才から65才に引き下げられ、より幅広い年代の方が補助を受けられるようになりました。

市民の皆様におかれましてはぜひご活用頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

愛知県は本日、独自の緊急事態宣言を発令しました。

宣言の期間は5月6日までです。

皆様には以下の2点の徹底をお願い致します。

・生活の維持に必要な場合を除き、不要不急の外出や移動を自粛する。

・やむをえず外出する場合は、『密閉』『密集』『密接』を避ける。

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を食い止める為には、皆様のご協力が不可欠です。

刈谷市も皆様の健康と生命を守る為、様々な施策を講じてまいります。

力を合わせてこの難局を乗り越えてまいりましょう。

皆様のご理解ご協力を重ねてお願い申し上げます。

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴い、本日、政府が7都道府県に緊急事態宣言を発令しました。

愛知県は今回の対象ではありませんが、依然として爆発的感染が発生する可能性がありますので、我が事として受け止める必要があると思います。

市民の皆様におかれましては、感染拡大防止の為、以下3点について可能な限りのご協力をお願い申し上げます。

１．「３密」を避ける

✖ 密閉＝換気が悪い密閉空間

✖ 密室＝手の届く距離に多くの人がいる

✖ 密接＝近距離での会話や発声をする

２．人との接触8割減

例：近距離で会う人が1日10人→2人に減らす。

３．外出は１日１回を目安に

皆様のご理解ご協力を重ねてお願い申し上げます。

Today, Japanese government announced emergency declaration for 7 prefectures  due to the coronavirus outbreak.

It doesn’t apply to Aichi prefecture in this time, but still remain a possibility that explosive infection will occur, so it is necessary to take it as my thing.

In the citizen’s, I would like every possible cooperation about following 3 points to prevent  spread of coronavirus infection.

１．Avoid Seald, Closed room, Close

✖ Seald=closed space with poor ventilation

✖ Closed room=many people within a reach

✖ Close=conversation and speaking within short distance

２．Rate of contact with people→80% declease

Example:Daily 10 person → 2 person

３．Number of outing→once a day

連合愛知三河西地協さんが来庁されました。

◆2020.4.6(月)◆

私の所属会派「市民クラブ」が連携する連合愛知三河西地域協議会の皆さんが来庁され、令和2度予算要望に対する市の回答を受領しました。

内容については、稲垣市長より丁寧に説明して頂きました。

話題はやはり、新型コロナウイルスへの対応が中心となりました。

刈谷の屋台骨であるモノづくり産業においても販売減、生産減が続く状況下で、どのような支援策が最も有効なのか等が話し合われました。

本日、国内の対象地域に緊急事態宣言が発令される予定です。

一刻も早い収束の為には、個々人が外出自粛や3密の回避を遵守頂く事、国や地方自治体が一体となり、実効性の高い支援を迅速に行う事が不可欠です。日本が一体となってコロナ禍に立ち向かい、困難に打ち勝つ事を切に願います。

私も市議として、ウイルスの脅威から市民の生命と財産を守る為にできる事は何かを第一に考え、行動していきたいと思います。
